About Panic Parcels

Panic Parcels is a delivery company based in London and in Bournemouth, Dorset. We offer full delivery and collection services throughout Europe and the UK, specialising in express pallet deliveries. More information on our delivery services.

Jack and Karen Redman formed Panic Parcels in 1998 and have steadily created a business on which their customers can rely with total confidence. Karen deals with all the administration for the business and Jack spends most of his time on the road.

Our Vehicles & Drivers

We currently have five clean, reliable and well maintained vans and only use helpful and knowledgeable drivers. Full details of our vans are shown below:

• 1 long wheel base, high top Fiat Ducato which has a payload of 1500kg. The load height of this vehicle is 1.7m, load length 3.3m & load width 1.5m between rear wheel arches. This van holds 3 UK pallets or 4 Euro pallets.
• 1 long wheel base high top Iveco Daily which can be used as a chiller van. The van can hold up to three UK or four Euro pallets. The vehicle’s load height is 1.7m and it can carry up to 1300kg. Temperatures go down to -18°C and the vehicle is equipped with two probes and a data recorder
• 1 Renault box van with a payload of +1100kg. Load height 2.5m, load length 3.85m, load width 2.0m. This van can hold 6 UK pallets or 7 Euro pallets.
• 1 curtain sided Renault with a payload of +1100kg. Load height 2.5m, load length 4.0m, load width 2.0m. The curtain sider can hold 6 UK pallets or 7 Euro pallets.
• 1 Citroen Despatch which can carry 1 UK or 2 Euro pallets.

We also have a highly economical estate car for smaller loads and have reliable drivers to call on at a moment's notice and who are available 24/7.

Goods in Transit & Public/Employer's Liability Insurance

Panic Parcels has full Goods in Transit insurance and also Public and Employer's Liability insurance so its customers can feel at ease that their goods are in safe hands.
